i like cooking. yesterday i made butter chicken and shrimp vindaloo from scratch. it took me two and a half hours but it was totally worth the diarrhoea. what do you like to cook?

Just made some asian chicken soup stuff. There was meant to be noodles in it, but got lazy and wasn't hungry and who needs the carbs anyway.

Tonight I will be grilling some chicken on the barbecue. I will be marinading the chicken in lime, ginger, coriander, chilli and soy sauce. Yes.

Wife made me some crispy chicken and roasted vegetables for supper. Yesterday I had poached eggs on toast, and some snap peas and string beans. Food is great.

Slow cooker for the win, love to put a pork roast with a bottle of cider for 8 hours, mmmmmmm.
I always buy.those cooking magazines at the checkout when grocery shopping. Last week I did pad Thai, noodles flopped but the sauce was amazing.

I'm aiight in the kitchen. But I ususally lack the enthusiasm to go to any great effort. I like it better when other people cook. Or when I have a good reason to try hard.

 

See, with painting, if you go to a lot of effort you are proud of your results and you get to look at them forever (if you keep them). With cookery they always get eaten or go bad really quickly. Then you have to do it all again wtf.

There's always the option to be one of those people who photograph food and put it on the internet, but those people are weeeeeird.
