Is this a cheapy Dinky Reverse?

Got it from a buddy. Feels and plays like a 90's Jackson but the serial numbers are questionable during the time. The Floyd Rose is iffy. I believe a 3rd spring was added for drop tuning at some point (FR hits the backplate). Or perhaps it's a different Floyd. The high E slides off the fretboard. It looks like some type of Jackson Dinky but I have lost track of the models over the years. Photos below.
