Are you going to watch it?

It should be down to how long Mayweather wants to make it last - I just hope he can make it entertaining.

Is this a boxing thing? MMA, something like that?

It's a boxing match with an undefeated professional boxer against a defeated MMA specialist who has learned boxing.  Admittedly there's an age factor, but it should be Mayweather's all day long.

I think I'm the only person in the world that couldn't give a shite about this one. I suppose, as a fellow Irishman I should be for McGregor, but I really couldn't give 2 fucks.

It is somewhat inconsequential - there's no title, it's not part of a series. That being said, it's going to be interesting to see if someone can switch disciplines like that....and how much it will hurt.

I watched the fight last night.

Mayweather should have toasted him in the first few rounds, but he was holding back and watching the kid, wearing him out. When the ax fell it was rather predictable.

I will say that Mayweather's legs looked terrible. I mean he was in control but you could see the age difference. McGregor's stance shift was silky and he didn't embarrass himself but Mayweather turned it on like a switch. It was good fight - not great seeing Nathan  Cleverly getting destroyed before hand.

Right? I think Mayweather was trying to keep the ratings up and underestimated McGregor a wee bit. That said, I think McGregor underestimated the freight-train like punch of Mayweather. He landed like six and McGregor looked drunk.

Floyd must have had cash on bringing him down in the tenth. I'll be honest, made me very glad that I don't have to get hit like that to mak a living

It was basically an exhibition sparring match. It reminded me so much of a WWE match. Mayweather was always destined to win, but both guys with a lot at stake came out on top.
