Everyone Thinks Guns and Roses Are SOME AMAZING BAND AND THEY ARE but its only Cuz of Slash and Axel Or Else No One else Does Anything that makes a diffrence they dunt have hard parts. i sometimes even think there drummer just gives the camera a crazy look and Smashes the drums randomly. SLASH ALL THE WAY THO He's 1 on the best. but IM sorry to Say Guns and Roses is nothing but him and Axel

Wow... I realize the above post was written nearly two years ago but I saw it and had to respond. Guns was awesome because you had five guys that complemented each others styles so well. I unfortunately never got to see Guns in concert but I saw Velvet revolver in concert this last october and there again is a band that is great because there are five guys that are great together. Slash's awesome lead parts were supported by Dave's awesome playing in rhthym guitar and effects (much the same as in GNR with him and Izzy). Then you had Matt and Duff providing the back bone with on spot structure to their songs. Axl and Scott are great in contributing because both of them provide uncanny and unique voice and show skills for their band. Does lightning strike twice? In this case I saw "oh heck yeah".
Nice biography of Slash's life. Went exactly by the book. Any one who wants more info on slash should give the book a read.
