Knights in a Maze

04 June 2007 - 07:29 PM

And as the final act draws to a close
The king his lonely routine knows
Back to grace, back to ruling
In his weary kingdom grueling
Walking on wind, watching the skies
As all the world turns and dies

The dawn signals the end of the day
As it all is set ablaze
But we keep moving, moving like knights in a maze

Locusts eat the fruits of life
And men continue to raise the knife
Bring their brothers to their knees
And blood doth spread the violent disease
The kingdom grows, but soon may burn
We read and write but never learn

The dawn signals the end of the day
As it all is set ablaze
But we keep moving, moving like knights in a maze

And as the final act draws to a close
The king his lonely routine knows
Back to grace, back to ruling
In his weary kingdom grueling
Walking on wind, watching the skies
As all the world turns and dies

The dawn signals the end of the day
As it all is set ablaze
But we keep moving, moving like knights in a maze

(This ones a rather mellow, morose song with a long classically-insprired solo in the middle)

The Stars of Forever

04 June 2007 - 07:23 PM

The stars of forever
Shine bright into my soul
Their heat beats down upon me
Their memories make me whole

Starlight, carry me
Through the sands of time
On the beaches of tomorrow
My life may I find

Fire brightly burning
Calling out for me
Like angelic lighthouse
Shining out to sea

Through the strife and sorrow
I am not alone
The stars of forever
Will guide me to my home

(The music would be very 80's-ish, lots of high singing, a majestic string-synth chord line, and some fast solos/heavy riffing)

Ibanez RG370DX (or smilar instrument)

28 May 2007 - 05:58 PM

I am considering purchasing this guitar. I need a left-handed guitar with 24 frets, a whammy bar, and two humbuckers (at least) and this seems to be the only guitar available that fits that description. If you know anything about it, let me know. (If you know of others fitting that description, let me know as well.)

Lonely Street

25 May 2007 - 07:36 PM

I need some tabs and perhaps a bass tab as well for this. I tried searching already, to no avail. Thanks in advance.
