It's a Jim Dunlop Victor, the best capo I have used. The knob on the end turns, and that tightens the arm that goes on the back of the neck. The rubber grip prevents damage to the neck and helps to ensure no slipping occurs. I've never had any buzz, no annoyance of over tight springs or snapping bits of plastic. It's built solid and it works amazingly well.
