I guess there's no point in talking about the right hand positioning (the fretting hand wrist should not be bent) since the cause is not the guitar.
Have a break!

There's a little 'passage way' in your wrist called the carpal tunnel. Through it goes all the nerves and blood vessels to your hand. What happens there is that when your wrist is in a certain position for a while (i.e. fretting position, typing position), the muscles around the carpal tunnel contract, making the nerves and vessels to you hand constricted. This leads to very limited mobility of the hand, or even complete non-mobility. If it gets anywhere near that bad, there's about an 80% chance you have to get surgery. And if it's bad enough, even surgery can't completely reverse the effects. Even if tehre is the slightest hint of pain in your wrist, you really should stop and see a doctor. But since yours looks really bad, I strongly suggest you see a doctor as soon as physically possible.
