Im wondering if I should BIN this Gibson Les Paul Classic 1960 Reissue Goldtop at:

I think $1,699.00 seems decent?

Please let me know since Im desperat to get a Gibson biggrin.gif

For that $$$ I would get a new Taylor solidbody electric..CUSTOM model.

Not sure if you're already aware of this, but that guitar isn't a "Reissue" like the ones that come from the custom shop, its just one of those Les Paul Classics, which are still good guitars. I've played a few and liked them.

I'd buy it. Especially with those pups in it.

I certainly wouldn`t agree. I don`t know what the fasination is with Les Pauls. However, i would go for the "57" with the P90s. That is the only Les Paul(apart from the Junior) that i would be tempted to buy. However i do love SGs. biggrin.gif

That said, the pickups in it are good, i would like an SG with a similar setup.
