Stretching... yoga, something like that. Its fantastic for adding tone and definition to the muscle you already have

And also a strict diet

I can actually offer excellent exercise advice. I'm slyly aiming to become a personal trainer. What do you need to know about apart from not telling lies?

Really diet control is my issue also some good ways to lose the belly fat n moobs. Also besides 3 hearty meals a day I use a lot of protein shakes n meal supplements too. I think I might b eatin way more than what I'm burning. I have gained bout 20lbs since I started workin out which is cool coz I was skinny n now look bulkier but some fat is stored in very unattractive places. Any suggestions on good portion control/diet program?

'Body for Life' is pretty good, and fairly easy to follow.

Yep. If you're aiming to lower body fat percentage for "tone reveal" then you want to drop your starch, sugars and gluten intake in favour of protein.

I'd also recommend dropping the protein shakes and meal supplements in favour of eggs - two eggs after a workout is the equivalent of a protein shake in terms of protein and has so much less crap in it.

So, out with breads/grains/oats/dairy/rice/potato and in with eggs/fish/poultry/red meat. Nuts are good, particularly cashews, pistachios and almonds. Fruit and veg are always welcomed but mind your fruit intake - sugary stuff at times.

This will provide plentry of energy and protein to complement intense/heavy/endurance/prolonged workout and muscle repair.

Hard Mode: Only drink water. This will provide spectacular results.

Wow. From what uve described I've been doing it wrong hahahah this whole time. I make proton fruit smoothies in morning so lots of sugar there. But yeah imma start doin the eggs for now for post workout. Def wanna phase out the supplements wholly at some point but I think this info will help braj.

I do use a pre workout with some energy boost n creatin. Are u suggesting that can b phases out too?

Depends, I suppose, on your training mentality and goals. I'm not looking to bulk or tone or lose weight or cut or any of these other terms, I'm big on functional movements (your real-life movements adapted into training form) and I apply that to my eating habits as well so as such, I don't supplement at all, if I feel I've done a workout that's punished the muscles, I'll have more meat and eggs, if I've done a 20km run and drained the energy reserves, more fruit and nuts.

However, if you're aiming to place more muscle on your body than it would 'functionally' have (aka, bodybuilding), you'll want to supplement. There's a massive range of supplements out there but the one thing I will say is that you can sell anything to gym-goers. Fucking anything. People into health and fitness will buy all the shite of the day so long as it's marketed right. Whey protein is a great example of this - near useless byproduct of the dairy industry with a few niche uses turns into the "must have, must use" protein supplement. You'll notice that it's not enough to buy and use protein, it's post-workout/gain/bulk/whey/recovery. Fuck that, eat your eggs.

Again though, that's my bias showing through. I'm fairly anti-supplement, I know some people who are massive into supplements.

Thnx Dave imma check it out :)

Yo fox just gulped down 2 raw eggs. Fuck. Disgusting feeling but not something that'll deter me from doin it again. Although read an article that said cooked eggs allow for twice as much protein absorption than raw:
