How many people still follow this forum? I see not much is getting posted anymore, and I personally got away from the board because it was down most of the time and I was busy with school. But I've got nothing better to do right now

I pop in about once a week. I don't bother with discussion as much as I did.

Same as Dave. I have a look every now and then. Usually I don't feel I can add to whatever threads are active.

It's a pity GTU has fallen this far. I used to love checking out Q&A and the effects forums :(

I wonder is there any way to promote it? Get it back to the way it used to be in the good old days.

i really don't play guitar as much as i used to. this board was becoming less "play" focused and more build oriented too, which isn't something i do anyway. but i think it would be more active here if there was as much a teacher-student thing here as there used to be

yeah, people like dadfad, surfwhammy, etc. I'm thinking those guys still pop in every once in a while, but maybe they found another board where there's more traffic or something.

I still check out the board almost every day, but usually there's not much I can post on the topic that might add anything. It's already been answered by someone else, or maybe wanting an opinion on a guitar I've never played, somebody posting a YouTube of himself wanting people to tell him how great he is at shredding,, etc. Once in a while in the tab request forum I'll do a tab, especialy if it an acoustic tune or one that interests me for some reason, but my time available to tab things (which was never all that much) is even less now than it used to be.

Actually as my time has decreased I've quit posting on other boards. (I used to post on a couple of other blues and acoustic guitar boards.)

So while I still stop in regularly, mostly I just delete spam and ads. There's usually not a lot of topics I can add much of anything to.

I fell through a hole in a ceiling when I was doing some electrics in a loft. There wasn't a hole there before i fell through.

I'm presently fixing a hole where the rain gets in in an effort to stop my mind from wandering.

I take a look once every couple of weeks on average, but been busy over the last couple of months, so just once or twice in the last couple of months. As for discussion, i glance in there, then come back here where the real guitarists are :P

I pop in every once in a while as well.  Just depends on how busy I am.

I've been learning Pedal Steel lately.  It's hard and takes a lot of time.

I think the last time I went into Discussion was when Woogie died.
