Yup, Just had a mild warning, got some slight blockage, but all sorted for the time being. The Doc says it is a warning, but as long as i am a good boy, and don't keep over indulging, and keep my self fit, and healthy i should still live to a 100. :)

All good really. i did not know i had had one till the doctor sent me to hospital. I had some chest pains and was feeling breathless. so my wife made me go to the doctors. The doctor called an ambulance, and after a bunch of tests and an angiogram i was told i had had a heart attack, and i had some blockage in an artery to the heart, a stent was put in the effected artery during the angiogram, and all back to normal, well not quite, as i have all these drugs to take, and it is costing me a fortune. :(

The strange thing is, i did not know i had had a heart attack. I got chest pains, and became breathless when i was out walking, so after a rest i seemed ok apart from the pain in my chest would not go away, so Sharon made me go to the Doctors. He sent me to hospital, and after test they said i had had a heart attack. Not a major one, just more of a jog, a warning. Cholesterol build up in an artery. So anyways, all ok now. On beta blockers, and other tabs.

My brother had his first heart attack when he was 45, and he is the last person you would put down as a heart disease victim, as he has been a farmer all his life, does not drink eats healthy, and is fit as a fiddle, HOWEVER, he does smoke, or he did smoke, not anymore, no quicker way to give up smoking than a jolt like that. :)

I'm glad you're ok. Look after yourself. There are a lot of people around these parts, myself included, who want you to stick around.

Only noticed this thread.

Glad you're ok Rick. Take it easy. Your health is more important than anything. More important than sex, football and playing guitar.

So I believe.

Playing guitar is more important than anything, so i gotta stick around, especially as my new project is just starting to get going. :)
