sum people might argue this but i think sabian has the best cymbals for the money ,but if you want to go all out zildian are good too!

Well, according to my brother,they´re like this:
First of all, there´s Zildjian.
Next, there´s Paiste and Sabian.
Then is the rest.

The most expensive is Zildjian, next goes Paiste and then Sabian.

I prefer Sabian rides and crashes(the B8 series kicks @ss), and Zildjans for my high hat. It's all a matter of opinion, really.

Well.. of course B8 is good, but compare them with Zildjian´s K series.

Depends on the sound you want I guess. I have nothing against Zildjan-it's just a sound preference for the Sabians. I like the sustain on the ride and the attack balances well, I think. It's like an Ibanez or a Jackson on guitar-depemds on what you want personally.

i like the zildjian high hats/cymbals much better than sabian. they last longer too

I have to admit I've never cracked my Zildjans. Can't say that about my Sabians...

i've used sabian pros for a while, never had any problems....

Have you had B8s? I think they are on par sound-wise with anything zildjan has.

no, i dont think i have. the sabians i've used are either the ones from school or a friend's, so i guess they weren't exactly "top quality"

my mate recently brought zilzgian A's. They sound sweet buut they cost a lot. I like paiste cos they look nice.
