Yea..there was a young kid tapping at Samash the other day....but once he decided to play chords, other stuff, well, you saw the age.

Mmm, guess so. Large part of it is getting "used" to having the instrument in your hands. If you look at people that have been playing for 10 years or longer, regardless of their style, they usually have a certain..."habit" in their playing. You see that guitar has become a natural thing, somewhat. Compare the way a good player, who's comfortable with what he does, sits/stands while playing, with a beginner...

I guess its physical limitations and...player maturity? When I started out on a fullsize acoustic..jesus was that hard!

Me and my buddy were at out local store,playing master of puppets,and these two guy walked over to us,and were just staring in disbelief,that we could actually play it,and of course knowing this,we both took full advantage of their being in awe,by pulling out all the stops.That felt good. laugh.gif

I don't usually show "off" persay..I'll play my rendition of Black Magic Woman, maybe some Hideaway, and then perhaps some Sunshine..all the way through of course..the kids who show off play Crazy Train like nuts..or Purple Haze..
