Interests
Music (naw...). My girlfriend Anne (the_rockstar_bassoonist). Women in general. Stuff. Plants. British Comedy. Mellotrons. Vintage keyboards in general.

Moody Blues, King Crimson, Pink Floyd, Jethro Tull, Miles Davis, Count Basie, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Béla Fleck and the Flecktones, Robin Trower, so forth. You get the idea.

Efficieny: If it's not efficient it's probably going to piss me off.
Practical/realism: If it's not practical it's guaranteed to piss me off.

Balance. I've developed this idea that if I see enough crazy things and get influence from all these catergories of things man has created over the years, I'll eventually either acheive an "englightment" in some sort of Eastern sense, or more realistically, be a very well adjusted person that is not so confused by the world anymore. That'd be nice.

Saving up for: $5000 (approx) Muramatsu GX professional flute. That's pure silver head joint, pure silver body, nickel-silver keys, offset G, split E, B foot. No C# trill key. I may or may not go with the extra heavy wall, if I do it's an extra $400.
